Slas Technologies – Proptech & Fintech Infrastructure
Slas Technologies Limited / Inc.
Founder & CEO of Slas Technologies – a venture focused on building digital infrastructure at the intersection of land, housing, payments and geospatial intelligence for African and North American markets.
Work spans solution design, product strategy and leadership of distributed teams across engineering, GIS and market research, with an emphasis on regulated industries and public–private collaboration.
Venture building Proptech FintechSlasProp – Digital Land & Property Platform
Concept and product leadership for a proptech platform that connects land and property buyers with both private sellers and government land bureaus. The ambition is to provide an integrated property listing and land registry experience for African markets, starting with Nigeria.
The platform draws inspiration from property portals and title systems like Zoopla and Teranet, while tailoring to local realities: fragmented records, informal markets and the need for GIS-backed verification.

Spatial Analysis of Mobile Network Coverage & Expansion Opportunities (Nigeria)
Used ArcGIS Pro, MapInfo and LandScan to analyse mobile network coverage, traffic and expansion opportunities across Nigeria. Inputs included population data (NPC, LandScan), National Bureau of Statistics datasets, and operator network and traffic (Erlang) data.
Outputs included coverage maps by operator, traffic distribution, customer density and rollout opportunity maps by state. Hotspot analysis highlighted dense, high-value markets with both strong demand and quality challenges, guiding targeted optimisation and rollout.
Telecoms ArcGIS Pro Spatial modellingSpatial Analytics for Retail & Sales Network Design (Nigeria)
Designed and implemented spatial analytics to support location selection for new customer care centres, retail outlets and sales & distribution staffing for Zain and Bharti Airtel across Nigeria.
Combined location-intelligence APIs, existing outlet data (age, footfall, ratings, product mix) and census/demographic data with MapInfo and Python workflows. Cluster analysis and suitability modelling identified optimal locations by demand, competition and accessibility.
Retail networks Python Location strategyNetwork-wide Customer Satisfaction Story Maps
Built interactive Story Maps to visualise customer satisfaction indices across regions, linking qualitative perception with quantitative network and service KPIs.
Mapped satisfaction against indicators such as coverage, quality (voice/data), customer support, product availability, pricing and “network of choice” status by state and region. Enabled executives to quickly see where network issues and perception gaps were most acute.
Story Maps CX analyticsWeb Mapping of Network Optimisation & Rollout Potential (Nigeria)
Developed web and desktop mapping layers to visualise current capacity and rollout opportunities across LGAs, states and regional operations.
Combined network performance databases (average Erlang per site), LGA/state boundaries, and BTS locations to highlight where network enhancement or new build would generate the highest returns.

Customer Satisfaction Survey – Bharti Airtel Nigeria
Designed and executed a nationwide customer satisfaction study using Qualtrics, focusing on product quality, service delivery, customer support, pricing and loyalty.
Analysed responses using descriptive statistics, frequency tables and cross-tabulations. Findings showed strong overall satisfaction (~8.7/10) but highlighted specific pain points around network quality, support response times and pricing transparency – feeding directly into improvement roadmaps.
Survey design QualtricsMarket Opportunity Analysis Using GIS – Bharti Airtel Nigeria
Conducted GIS-based market opportunity analysis to prioritise locations for new network coverage and product launches.
Leveraged census data, operator geodatabases, LandScan, POIs, boundary files and Google Maps API. Performed spatial and suitability analysis using ArcGIS, MapInfo and Google Maps to identify high-potential markets based on population density, income, economic hubs and accessibility.
Market entry GIS analyticsCompetitive “War Room” – Tableau-based Market Intelligence
Developed a Tableau-based “War Room” for competitive analysis of the Nigerian mobile market, including MTN, Etisalat and GloMobile.
Integrated location-specific APIs, customer datasets and product-category breakdowns to benchmark performance across regions and segments. The dashboards gave sales and distribution teams a live, visual view of where each operator was strongest or weakest, enabling more tactical deployment.
